For the last two years, OneLife has been transforming itself by making a solid investment in technology and people to increase efficiency. Digital has become the cornerstone of our evolution, and that’s why we are dedicating the 14th and 15th June to “OneLife Digital Days”. Two full days to raise our employees’ awareness of what the digital world of tomorrow will be like and its major impact on the job market. A fun-filled day of events will be followed by a day of workshops on the digitalisation of the financial sector.

As part of its Digital Days, OneLife is proud to welcome as speaker on Thursday 15th June Nasir Zubairi, CEO of the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LhoFt). Dedicated to the development of the FinTech community in the country, the LhoFt has been bestowed with a CEO who is one of the members of the Top 40 Innovators of the financial sector as designated by the Wall Street Journal, in 2014.
This ambition to offer players in Luxembourg the possibility of acquiring and developing FinTech to add value to an experience which already prevails in Europe resonates strongly with the ambition of OneLife to be at the forefront of innovations which digital brings to life assurance.
It is therefore an expert from the world of FinTech, effective player promoting innovation in the financial sector, whom we would thank for agreeing to share with all of OneLife’s employees his experience on the subject of integrating disruptive technologies in the world of finance. Nasir will speak to our employees, sharing his expertise and experience on the subject of “The digital transformation in the financial services industry.”
Nasir Zubairi has close to 20 years’ experience in the financial sector of which the last 6 years have been spent in the FinTech and start-up sector. Graduate of the London School of Economics, entrepreneur, adviser to a number of executive boards, he is today particularly recognised in the FinTech sector, playing a major role in the creation of EBS, a trading system that at its peak operated at more than USD 220 billion in transactions per day. He also used to be a ‘business mentor’ in many European incubators.
